Our trained employees take care to match the wood so we get a look that is toward the motif the homeowner desires. This is very important due to the character of wood. You will be able to tell a difference between wood grain patterns made up in the panel that are properly matched with the styles and rails of the door. This care will only be found in a completely custom shop. Our doors are constructed with mortis and tenon joints to provide strength. In the channel where the panel fits between the stiles and rails, rubber space balls are placed to make sure the panel fits snug even as the wood changes a little due to climate and moisture content in the air.
